Each patient will have a customized weight loss plan to achieve short and long term goals.
- As an integral part of the program, we encourage our patients to eat small frequent balanced meals, teach how to read food labels, teach calorie control and counting an address behavior modification to avoid overeating triggers.
- After medical evaluation and clearance, we encourage our patient to be involved in low impact physical activity, starting for 10-15 minutes and three times per week. Each physical activity plan is specifically designed for each individual personal needs and goals.
