Who should Schedule a Yearly Skin Exam?
You should schedule a full body skin exam once a year especially if you have one or more of the following risk factors:
- Blonde or red hair
- Light eye color
- Skin that freckles or sunburn easily
- Family history of melanoma
- Personal history of sunburns
- History of unusual moles
- Tanning bed use
- More than 5 moles
- A suspicious-looking mole

Michael S. Frasure MSN, ARNP-BC, our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years in dermatology experience, is trained and skilled in preventing, diagnosing, and treating skin cancers as well as other skincare conditions and has treated patients throughout Central Florida with great success and patient satisfaction.
